What We DoProperty and Risk Management
Manages properties belonging to the Archdiocese of Portland and offers oversight and support to parishes, schools, and other Archdiocesan locations in matters pertaining to their real property including:
Sale / Purchase / Lease / Rental Transactions
Construction & Maintenance
Property Tax Matters
Environmental Compliance
Easement and Right of Way Dedications
Administers the Archdiocesan Insurance Program, and works with parishes and schools on various risk management issues including:
Claims involving auto, liability, property, workers' compensation and other insurance
Risk management and loss control programs
Compliance with governmental policies and procedures
We conduct the Safety First Grant Program from January through December and are available to answer inquiries or provide help.
The Property and Risk Management Office provides parishes and schools with day to day assistance in all aspects of property and risk management at the local level. All inquiries should be directed to [email protected]. -
