- What we Do
  
  Manage properties belonging to the Archdiocese of Portland and provides oversight and support to parishes, schools and other Archdiocesan locations in matters concerning their real property including:
  
  Sale/purchase/lease/rental transactions
  
  Construction/maintenance
  
  Property tax matters
  
  Environmental compliance
  
  Easement and right of way dedications
  
  Administer the Archdiocesan Insurance Program, and works with parishes and schools on various risk management issues including:
  
  Claims involving auto, liability, property, workers’ compensation and other insurance
  
  Risk management and loss control programs
  
  Compliance with governmental health, safety and other regulations
  
  Risk management policies and procedures
  
  The Property and Risk Management Office serves as a day-to-day resource for parishes and schools in all aspects of property and risk management at the local level. All inquiries should be directed to [email protected].
